Prescriptions

All prescriptions are being sent through Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) to your nominated pharmacy. Any prescriptions not sent through EPS will need to be collected by your pharmacy from the practice. 

Please obtain your medication from your nominated pharmacy and do not come to the practice to collect your prescription.

If you do not have a nominated pharmacy please ask your usual pharmacy to set this up for you.
