Menopause
Both sites
If you have any concerns about the menopause/perimenopause and would like to discuss them with a clinician, we encourage you to get in touch with our reception team to book an appointment. To ensure that you make the most of your appointment, we kindly request you to complete a questionnaire in advance. Additionally, it would be beneficial to familiarise yourself with the HRT treatment options available, as this will enable us to address any questions you may have during the appointment. Once completed please hand the form back in to our reception team.

Useful tips to help make the most of your nurse’s time:
Multiple problems – please book a double appointment
Do you have a ‘shopping list’ of problems that you have been saving up? If so, please consider booking a double routine appointments.
Why?
Surgeries are booked with back- to -back appointments. To help us run to time, you may be asked to make another appointment if you have multiple problems that can not be safely dealt with in a single appointment.
