We’ll aim to process your registration within 2 working days.
We are using a registration service provided by healthtech 1 who we’ve appointed as a data processor.
Guide to GP Services
The Royal College of General Practitioners has produced a useful guide for patients about the services on offer at GP Surgeries and how to access them.
What does an “allocated”, “nominated” or “named” GP mean?
All patients are allocated a ‘named GP’. This is an accountable doctor who is responsible for your overall care at the practice.
Your usual GP will be allocated to you by the practice. You can still talk to or make appointments to see any of our doctors or nurses and not only your named GP.
If you are a registered patient, but are unsure who your usual GP is, you should contact the surgery.
If you wish to change your named GP, please contact us, putting your request in writing. If you have a preference as to which GP you would prefer, the practice will make reasonable efforts to accommodate this request. However, this may not always be possible and we may have to assign a different GP.
